Synopsis
Starting from the idea of the exhibition “The Divergent Look – the Artistic Residencies of the Peak of the Refuge as a prospective heritage”, this visit intends to work on the concept of place. Which places on the island of São Miguel did the artists chose to work with, what references do we have to these places and how each one worked those references. This is a visit that summons notions of place and memory, reference and identity of a territory.
